*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards in a dynamic construction environment. *Duties* * Develop and review project plans, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D. * Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. * Prepare and review construction estimates, change orders, and project documentation. * Lead project meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly to prevent delays. * Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships. * Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and contractual obligations. *Skills* * Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. * Strong experience with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid. * Demonstrated expertise in project management within the construction industry. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction safety protocols. * Ability to lead teams efficiently while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the project. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. This position is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects through effective planning, coordination, and leadership. Candidates should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry standards combined with excellent organizational skills to excel in this role.
