Our bakers start their day early, transforming an empty kitchen into a vibrant bakery filled with the delightful aromas of freshly baked goods. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about bread-making and eager to learn, regardless of their previous experience.What You Will Do:Work with a small team to bake a variety of products from scratch each morning, adhering to our carefully crafted recipes.Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mold and shape dough, and operate baking equipment.Why Join Us?At COBS Bread, we foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and community.
