We are looking for an experienced *HVAC Technician or 2nd Year (or higher) HVAC Apprentice* to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working in *residential HVAC installation and service*, including furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment. *Responsibilities:* * Assist with and perform residential HVAC installations * Service and troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and HVAC systems * Work independently and as part of a team * Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment * Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied homes *Qualifications:* * Minimum 2nd Year HVAC Apprentice or equivalent experience * Previous experience with residential HVAC installations and service * Experience with air conditioning systems is considered an asset * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment and materials * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision *What We Offer:* * Competitive wages based on experience * Full-time, year-round work * Opportunities for advancement and continued apprenticeship training * Supportive work environment with a growing local company * Benefits & Bonuses If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and are looking for a long-term opportunity in the HVAC trade, we'd love to hear from you.
