We are currently hiring for the following positions: Full-Time Residential & Commercial Cleaners *Part-Time Residential & Commercial Cleaners* Full-Time Floater-Trainer / Senior Cleaner We proudly service West Kelowna, Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon, and surrounding areas. *About the Positions:* *Residential & Commercial Cleaners* Our cleaners work in residential homes, commercial properties, Airbnb rentals, and move-in/move-out projects. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team. *Floater-Trainer / Senior Cleaner* This position is ideal for an experienced cleaner who enjoys variety in their workday. The Floater-Trainer will assist with training new staff, covering sick calls and vacations, supporting deep cleans and move-out cleans, helping maintain company standards, and providing leadership and support to team members when needed. *What We Offer:* * Competitive hourly wages based on experience * Full-time and part-time opportunities * Flexible scheduling * Paid training * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for advancement within a growing company * Consistent work year-round *Responsibilities:* * Residential cleaning * Commercial cleaning * Airbnb turnover cleaning * Move-in and move-out cleaning * Following company cleaning standards and procedures * Working independently and efficiently * Providing excellent customer service * Training and mentoring new staff (Floater-Trainer position) *Requirements:* * Previous cleaning experience is an asset * Valid driver's license * Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between job sites * Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder) * Strong attention to detail * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Excellent time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable * Must successfully pass a Police Information Check / Criminal Record Check *Compensation:* Starting wage is based on experience, qualifications, reliability, and leadership abilities.
