Guest Service Supervisor *Job Type:* Full-Time, Permanent Schedule * Monday to Friday * 7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM * 8-hour shift Requirements * *Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience required* * Previous supervisory experience preferred * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience with multi-line phone systems * Ability to lead and motivate a team * Knowledge of hotel management software is an asset * Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Service Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of hotel operations. Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes * Provide outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly * Oversee multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette * Train, coach, and support front desk team members * Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests * Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently * Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment * Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction * Assist with daily reports, cash handling, and administrative duties * Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards Benefits * Competitive wages * On-site parking * Employee hotel discounts * Career growth opportunities * Supportive team environment We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
