*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking full time employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work. Our Company does Landscaping, Snow Removal, Pressure Washing Parkades, Gravel Sweeping, Window Cleaning, and a variety of other Property Maintenance tasks. You will be expected to do physical labor, utilizing power and hand tools, operating equipment, and working collaboratively with other team members. *Responsibilities* * Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, operating equipment. * Assist in the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. * Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil preparation and plant health. * Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. * Pressure Washing Parkades * Snow Removal * Operating a plow truck * Operating a skid steer * Driving a truck and trailer * Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. * Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required. * Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in the operation of power tools and equipment. * Previous experience operating a skid steer in the summer and for winter snow removal. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Supervising seasonal employees.
