XO Bisous is a fast-paced cafe and patisserie specializing in approachable classic French pastries with a modern twist. We are looking for an energetic and friendly team member who is passionate about providing excellent customer service while serving great coffee. Opportunity for career advancement for those dedicated in the service industry.? *Job Responsibilities* * Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs * Knowledgeable about products and selling/upselling * Prepare and serve coffees, teas, specialty beverages while following XO Bisous recipes * Prepare and serve food items while following XO Bisous standards * Maintain clean and sanitary work area including washing dishes, mopping floors and general cleaning of tables, chairs, counter * Set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations and store including cleaning and sanitizing * Replenishing fresh baked items and shelf items using FIFO method * Stock display shelves and fridges as needed, and maintain inventory * Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products * Accurately operate POS and handle cash and credit card transactions * Other duties as assigned by management *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a barista or customer service experience preferred * Basic math & counting skills required * Must be able to work independently and as a time with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in a warm environment * Must follow required dress code as assigned (all black with provided apron) * Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes * Smart Serve required Looking for someone who has weekend availability. _*Current store hours (expect hours up to an hour before open and after close)*_*:* Monday & Tuesday 8am - 5:30pm Wednesday - Sunday 8:00am-9:00pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.60per hour Expected hours: 20? 35 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Work Location: In person
