The ideal candidate must be upbeat, compassionate, organized, and have a good sense of humour. This part time position involves keeping appointments running smoothly and efficiently (keeping those doctors moving is sometimes ?like herding cats?!), handling phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments and surgeries, preparing invoices and estimates, providing information to pet parents, as well as working closely with the rest of the team to provide the outstanding patient and customer care that our hospital is well known for.We offer a competitive wage, and the perk of working in a happy, healthy environment with a close knit team of amazing people.
