Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Oilseed (except soybean) farming. Other grain farming. Dusty. Noisy. Outdoors. Grain, oil and forage crop. Potato and vegetable. Work setting: Rural area. Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail.
