*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician or Apprentice Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The ideal technician will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with various tools and equipment, and a commitment to quality service and Pride in their workmanship. . *Duties* * Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles and trucks. * Utilize hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment and specialized schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. * Conduct maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and system inspections. * Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and equipment operation. * Communicate service requirements and communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs. *Requirements* * Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance. * Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely * Familiarity with air conditioning systems * Strong problem-solving skills. * Valid Journeyman certification. * This position offers an engaging work environment where technical skills are valued and developed further.
