Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand. Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Accept payment or invoices for items delivered. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Keep a record of items received and delivered. Prepare, package and restock goods. Load and unload goods. Sort packages for delivery. Follow directions and read map. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
