*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. *Responsibilities* * Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. * Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities according to hotel standards. * Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other essentials in guest rooms. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. * Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. * Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals and maintain high standards of cleanliness. *Skills* * Proven experience in hospitality or custodial work is preferred. * Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. * A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
