*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in a fast-paced food service environment and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards * Support the cooking team by organizing ingredients and supplies needed for meal service * Ensure proper storage of perishable items and monitor inventory levels * Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to keep the kitchen organized and hygienic * Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures during daily operations * Assist with setting up dining areas or catering events as needed *Skills* * Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is preferred * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately * Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout shifts * Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus but not required; training will be provided This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop culinary skills while supporting a professional kitchen team. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring valuable work experience in a supportive environment.
