This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient handling of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, proficiency in invoicing softwares, and any experience in office or printing & signage environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting with diverse responsibilities.</p><p><b><strong>Duties</strong></b></p><ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional manner.</li><li>Respond to customer emails and inquiries.</li><li>Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders.</li><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate with production staff.</li><li>Process customer payments and maintain records.</li><li>Assist with order tracking and customer follow-ups.</li><li>Organize files, documents, and office supplies.</li><li>Support management with administrative tasks as required.</li><li>Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li>Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an office or Sign shop setting</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and invoicing</li><li>Experience in the print, sign, or graphic design industry is an asset but not required.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents</li><li>Experience with data entry, filing systems, and record management</li><li>Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities</li><li>Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and courteously</li><li>Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently while supporting team needs</li></ul></div></div>- Location Calgary, AB
