*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized *Legal Administrative Assistant* to support our legal team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with legal and office software. The position involves managing case files, supporting client interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal office. *Duties* * Manage and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Alexur Law Practice Management * Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and scheduling appointments * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette * Prepared Sponsorship Applications, Work Permit, Study Permit, Permanent Residency Application * Assist with billing and documentation entry within the Alexur system to support financial recordkeeping * Support attorneys with document proofreading, filing, and preparing legal documents for court submissions * Translation of documents Turkish to English * Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically * Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, and general office support *Requirements* * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PDF), Google Workspace, Alexur Law Practice Management, and data entry skills * Minimum 2-3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a legal setting is required. * Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Turkish are required. * Bachelor's degree in any field is required. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail in proofreading documents * Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette * Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems * Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and legal procedures This role provides an excellent opportunity for an organized professional looking to contribute to a dynamic legal team while utilizing their administrative expertise.
