We currently have 11 locations throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.We are currently recruiting a Counter Salesperson to join our new team of dedicated professionals in Fredericton, NB.What is my role?Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide high level customer service to clients and potential customers, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Additionally, you will:Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Sales/Branch Manager with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.Overcome objections of prospective customers.Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare customer sales orders.What will you bring to Eddy Group?As an Eddy Group Ltd Salesperson, your role will be to exemplify our brand image as an ambassador and provide positive brand experiences to all customers. You will have sales background with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related field considered a strong asset. The location will be open from 7:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday, but hours outside of these should be expected. Salary is based on an 8-hour day, 40-hour week.
