This role will contribute to evidence-based decision-making by transforming quantitative data into meaningful insights. The position also supports initiatives related to the international recruitment of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity.Analyze datasets and generate reports to support departmental decision-making.Translate quantitative findings into clear, concise summaries and presentations.Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and visualizations.Assist with tracking and reporting metrics related to international recruitment programs.Support administrative tasks related to the unit's programs.Need to have:Language requirement: EnglishCurrently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program, such as:Business Administration (e.g., Analytics, Management, or Finance streams)Data Analytics or Data ScienceStatistics or MathematicsHealth Administration or Health InformaticsEconomics or Public AdministrationComputer Science or Information SystemsNice to have:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to present information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verballyHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately.Providing a safe workplace for all.
