Company: Hydraulitechs Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Technician to join our team.This role is critical to ensure that our machines meet rigorous quality standards beforedelivery. You will work closely with the assembly team, production managers, and QAdepartment to inspect, test, and document product quality throughout the manufacturingprocess. Key Responsibilities: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components and assembled machines. Conduct functional testing of hydraulic systems and electrical components. Fill out and maintain QC checklists and inspection reports in MaintainX. Collaborate with assembly technicians to identify and resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs. Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Support QC documentation efforts in collaboration with the CFT team. Qualifications: Experience in mechanical or hydraulic equipment inspection preferred. Familiarity with industrial machinery, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical testing. Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Experience with digital work order systems is an asset.
