MAVEN FLEET is a family run business in the manufacturing industry that focuses on fleet upfitting solutions across America. Currently we are seeking an Experienced Press Brake Operator. The Brake Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining brake press machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. *Key Responsibilities:* * Set up and operate CNC and/or manual brake press machines. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience operating brake press equipment preferred. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes. * Experience using measuring and inspection tools. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. *Preferred Skills:* * Experience with CNC brake press programming. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. * Forklift or overhead crane experience. *Working Conditions:* * Manufacturing and production environment. * Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required. * Overtime and shift work may be required based on production demands. * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine specifications. * Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for production requirements. * Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy. * Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools. * Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency. * Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues. * Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards. * Follow all safety procedures and company policies. * Complete production documentation and quality records. *Benefits:* * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Paid time off *Work Location:* In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour Experience: * Press brake machine: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
