*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in providing high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and develop foundational skills in food handling and safety. *Duties* * Assist with meal preparation and food assembly according to recipes and standards * Support cooking activities under supervision, ensuring timely delivery of dishes * Help with food handling, storage, and sanitation to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment * Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning as needed * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment * Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations * Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs *Skills* * Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations * Attention to cleanliness and detail in maintaining hygiene standards This position is essential for supporting our kitchen operations and delivering excellent service.
