This position plays a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our organization and supporting our mission to provide top-tier security solutions. *Responsibilities* *Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.* * Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing. * Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly. * Prepare financial reports and assist with budget analysis. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. * Support payroll processing and employee expense management. * Collaborate with management to improve financial processes. * Money collections from clients regarding past due invoices. *Qualifications* *Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.* * Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. * Good communication skills. * Prior experience in a security or service-oriented industry is a plus. *Call-To-Action* Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to safety and excellence.
