Our cloud-based platform streamlines procurement, accounting workflows, and tool management, giving contractors clarity, efficiency, and automation.</p><p>We are hiring an Accounting Systems Analyst to serve as the accounting subject-matter expert supporting our internal teams and customers. This role is focused on training, education, enablement, and accounting best practices related to Remarcable's integrations.</p><p>Experience in the construction ecosystem-especially electrical contracting-is a major advantage. Construction accounting is unique, and your industry familiarity will give you immediate credibility with customers and internal teams.</p><p>If you enjoy teaching accounting concepts, translating ERP functionality into practical workflows, and being the trusted accounting SME inside a fast-growing SaaS company, this role is an excellent fit.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>What You'll Do</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Training & Enablement</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Deliver live and virtual training sessions for customers and internal teams on accounting workflows, construction-specific practices, ERP integrations, and financial data flow.</li><li>Develop training materials, documentation, process guides, and best-practice resources tailored to construction accounting.</li><li>Conduct workshops focused on AP, AR, GL, Job Costing, WIP, retainage, and revenue workflows, aligned to contractor needs.</li><li>Build and maintain enablement curriculum for onboarding, expansions, and ongoing education.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Accounting & ERP Subject-Matter Expertise</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Act as the organization's accounting SME with strong understanding of construction workflows and terminology.</li><li>Translate accounting requirements-including job costing, cost codes, committed cost tracking, and subcontractor billing-into appropriate Remarcable configurations.</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering to validate accounting workflows and ensure alignment with construction accounting principles.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Integration Guidance & Workflow Mapping</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Help customers understand how their accounting data maps into Remarcable and through connected systems (Sage, Trimble, Foundations, etc.).</li><li>Explain integration behavior, exception scenarios, and data transformation rules relevant to construction accounting.</li><li>Support onboarding teams with GL mapping, cost code structures, vendor workflows, PO/receipt/invoice flows, and job costing alignment.</li><li>Provide accounting logic or workflow context when support cases involve financial processes.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Documentation & Collaboration</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Create documentation for accounting workflows, integration logic, construction best practices, and training curriculum.</li><li>Collaborate with Support, CS, Supplier Relations, Engineering, and Product teams.</li><li>Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing to elevate accounting and construction workflow literacy across the organization.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Who You Are</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Core Strengths</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Strong communicator capable of teaching accounting concepts clearly to diverse audiences.</li><li>Able to translate accounting language into clear system workflows.</li><li>Comfortable presenting, training, and leading discussions with both internal teams and customers.</li><li>Naturally curious and proactive in understanding complex financial and construction processes.</li><li>Organized, articulate, and confident in building documentation and training programs.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Accounting Background</strong>- Location Vancouver, BC
