This role is focused on private care in home and community settings and is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, strong clinical judgment, and high-quality client-centred care.</p> <p>You will work directly with clients and families to deliver safe, professional nursing support tailored to individual needs. Assignments may include ongoing care, short-term support, post-hospital care, and wellness-focused nursing visits.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> Provide private-duty nursing care in home and community settings </li> <li> Complete nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition </li> <li> Administer medications and treatments within scope </li> <li> Support care planning and communicate clearly with clients, families, and care teams </li> <li> Maintain accurate clinical documentation </li> <li> Provide education and guidance to clients and family members </li> <li> Follow professional, privacy, and safety standards at all times </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li> Current <strong>Nursing registration</strong> as a Registered Nurse </li> <li> Current CPR certification </li> <li> Strong assessment and communication skills </li> <li> Experience in home care, community care, private duty, medical-surgical, rehab, palliative, or complex care is an asset </li> <li> Valid driver?s licence and reliable transportation are an asset depending on assignment </li> <li> Clear criminal record check </li> <li> Ability to work independently and manage visits professionally </li> </ul> <h3>What We Offer</h3> <ul> <li> <strong>$44.00?$52.00 per hour</strong>, depending on experience and assignment </li> <li> Flexible scheduling options </li> <li> One-to-one care environment </li> <li> Opportunity to work with private clients</li> <li> Supportive team and streamlined placement process </li> </ul> <h3>Apply</h3> <p>If you are a professional RN looking for private nursing opportunities, we encourage you to apply.</p>- Location Surrey, BC
