Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding. Prepare flooring plans and scheduling. Measure, cut and install carpeting on floors. Prepare and install hardwood floors. Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings. Prepare floors for installations. Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants. Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces. Perform double-bond carpet installations. Install materials on counter tops and raised platforms. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Team player. Employment terms options: Early morning. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
