Become a part of a dedicated and growing team that values efficiency, safety, productivity, and customer success! *Warehouse Associate Job Description* As a warehouse associate, you will be at the center of our logistics chain. The warehouse is a crucial role, and you will be part of a team striving to deliver excellent service and great customer response time. Your job will entail: * loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight * managing multiple deliverables for customers and drivers * organizing and packing freight efficiently * filing necessary paperwork * finalizing and signing off on all loads * ensuring the safety of yourself, team members and any visitors * on the ground leadership This job will require the use of forklift and powered pallet movers. This job does require the ability to lift up to 50lbs. *Primary Work Location* * Prince Gerorge *Wage* Our compensation is based on paying our staff a fair wage for the work and skills they have. At Papason we encourage people to develop their skills, not only for the work they do, but for themselves. With this in mind, we pay incremental hourly wages for every applicable license or certification completed. This includes working as a Class 5 Delivery Driver, or working up to a Class 1 Drivers License. *Benefits* After completing the probation period of 90 days. Minimum of 25 hours per week.
