If you enjoy helping people, learning new things, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. *What You'll Do* * Provide exceptional customer service to every customer who visits our showroom * Assist customers with products, supplies, and general pool and spa questions * Test pool and hot tub water and provide recommendations based on training provided * Educate customers on the safe use of pool and spa chemicals * Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system * Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment * Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise * Work collaboratively with retail staff, service staff, dispatch, and management * Represent Parklane Pool & Spa in a professional and positive manner *What We're Looking For* * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable and dependable attendance * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Comfortable using computers and learning new software * Retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or pool industry experience is an asset, but not required *Physical Requirements* * Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 20 kg (44 lbs) * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday * Ability to safely handle pool and spa chemicals following company training and procedures *What We Offer* * Paid training * Employee discount * On-site parking * Provincial statutory holidays off * Opportunity to earn commission * Supportive team environment *Our Commitment* Parklane Pool & Spa is committed to creating a welcoming and respectful workplace.
