*About Us* We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. Built on reliability, quality, and long-term client relationships, we?re expanding our sales team and looking for a closer who brings their book and their drive. *The Opportunity* This isn?t a cold-start role. You?ll walk in with infrastructure, a strong service reputation, and the support to hit the ground running. We want someone who already knows the commercial cleaning space ? and has the numbers to prove it. *What You?ll Do* * Leverage your existing client relationships and industry contacts to generate immediate revenue * Develop and close new commercial accounts across office, industrial, retail, and property management sectors * Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach * Represent the company at industry events and client meetings * Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and client retention *What You Bring* * Minimum 3?5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial cleaning or a closely related facilities service * A proven, portable book of business ? this is non-negotiable * Demonstrated track record with verifiable revenue numbers * Strong closer mentality with the relationship skills to back it up * Self-motivated, organized, and accountable * Valid G licence and reliable vehicle *Compensation & Benefits* * $45,000 base salary * Uncapped commission structure ? your ceiling is yours to set * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible, results-driven work environment *How to Apply* Submit your resume and a brief note on your current book and recent sales performance.
