*College Ford of Taber is currently seeking a high performing Sales Consultant to join our busy dealership!* *Responsibilities:* · Ensure high level of customer service through excellent communication skills · Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements · Participates in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturer · Guide clients through the complete sales process · Close sales by answering all customer questions and alleviating concerns · Complete offer to purchase contracts and other required paperwork *What College Ford of Taber Offers:* · Salary guarantee + Bonus Structure · Management support · Opportunity to work with a growing company · Ongoing training · Health and Dental insurance after 3 months · 5-day work week *Qualifications:* · Valid driver?s license · Ability to work some Saturdays · No experience in sales is required but preferred · Excellent communication and client relation skills · Positive and energetic attitude Our team members are passionate about growth, innovation and collaboration.
