<div><strong>Overview:</strong></div><div>We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Business Development team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, this newly created role is focused on owning the execution, optimization, and performance management of Cascadia?s marketing and business development initiatives.<br><br></div><div>This role is ideal for a senior, hands-on AEC marketer with 5-8 years of experience executing campaigns that support specification-driven sales cycles. The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day campaign execution, partner closely with the Sales Team, and take full ownership of marketing performance, lead quality, and CRM reporting.<br><br></div><div><strong>GENERAL LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></div><div><strong>Marketing Execution & Campaign Management:</strong></div><ul><li>Own the execution and optimization of integrated marketing and business development campaigns aligned with annual plans and regional priorities.</li><li>Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, paid digital, website, and industry platforms, ensuring strong alignment with sales objectives.</li><li>Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve campaign performance to increase engagement, lead quality, and velocity.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Business Development & Sales Alignment:</strong></div><ul><li>Serve as a primary marketing partner to Regional Sales Representatives, supporting architect, developer, builder, and consultant engagement.</li><li>Execute targeted outreach campaigns supporting Lunch & Learns, CPDs, product launches, and regional BD initiatives.</li><li>Ensure timely and effective campaign follow-up to maximize conversion and opportunity development.</li><li>Align campaign execution with long, specification-driven sales cycles common to the AEC industry.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:</strong></div><ul><li>Own execution and performance of email nurture and outbound BD campaigns using Mailchimp.</li><li>Manage paid digital initiatives across search, LinkedIn, and trade-focused platforms.</li><li>Direct website updates, landing pages, and campaign-specific content to improve conversion and lead quality.</li><li>Support creation of architect-facing content, spec tools, and educational assets in collaboration with internal and external partners.</li></ul><div><br><strong>CRM, Reporting & Analytics:</strong></div><ul><li>Serve as the primary owner of marketing performance data within ZOHO CRM.</li><li>Own lead scoring models, campaign attribution, reporting, and data integrity.</li><li>Produce regular performance reports on campaign activity, lead quality, and engagement trends.</li><li>Drive CRM adoption and consistent usage in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Vendor & Agency Coordination:</strong></div><ul><li>Act as the execution-level lead for external agencies, freelancers, and digital vendors.</li><li>Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.</li><li>Ensure external partners are aligned with Cascadia?s brand, goals, and AEC market context.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></div><ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical Services, and Production to align marketing execution with project and market needs.</li><li>Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns support qualified lead generation and tracking.</li><li>Communicate campaign status, outcomes, and insights clearly across teams.</li></ul><div><br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul><li>5-8 years of progressive marketing experience within the AEC, building products, construction, or closely related industries (required).</li><li>Demonstrated experience executing business development, lead generation, and campaign-driven marketing initiatives.</l- Location Langley, BC
