Supervision: Working groups. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS). First Aid Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication.
