*Conteco Manufacturing *is a growing manufacturing company specializing in precision Mold Making and injection mold Manufacturing. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. We are looking for a experienced, detail-oriented, part-time *Bookkeeper *to join our team and support both our financial and operational workflows. 30 hours a week - Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 3 pm (flexible). The successful applicant should be organized and able to work unsupervised. Requirements: * Strong working knowledge of Sage Accounting * Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong customer service, communication skills, and proficient in English * Organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize Responsibilities: * A/P entry and payment * Administration of EHB * Invoicing and A/R * Payroll and CRA remittances * Banking and bank reconciliations * Domestic and international shipping * Government remittances and reports * Receptionist duties such as screening incoming calls, taking messages and providing information * Handle incoming and outgoing emails * Order office supplies as necessary * Various other administrative duties as needed In addition to your hourly wage we offer medical benefits and profit sharing.
