*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that all breakfast service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. A strong focus on food safety, food handling, and hospitality standards is essential to deliver an exceptional guest experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast selections * Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment * Replenish food stations and ensure all items are stocked and presentable * Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times * Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service areas before and after shifts * Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special requests * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy periods *Qualifications* * Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor * Experience in serving, food preparation, or food handling is a plus * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices * Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Hospitality background or experience working in a guest-focused setting is desirable * Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed This position offers an engaging work environment where team members can develop their skills in hospitality and food service while delivering memorable breakfast experiences for our guests.
