*Finance Manager* *Location: Westlock, Alberta* *Schedule: Full-time, dealership-based role. Saturdays required during peak seasons.* *Compensation: Commission-based with strong earning potential* *Income Potential: $100,000+ per year for high-performing candidates* Westlock Powersports & Marine is looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dealership professional who understands finance, customer relationships, lender approvals, and the importance of creating a smooth buying experience from start to finish. The right candidate will be confident working with customers, lenders, and the sales team to help finalize deals, present finance and protection options, and support long-term dealership growth. *What You?ll Do* Manage the finance process for powersports and marine unit sales, including ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, boats, and personal watercraft Work with multiple lenders to submit, structure, and finalize customer finance applications Present available finance products, extended warranties, protection plans, GAP, and related coverage options Ensure all finance documents are accurate, complete, and compliant Work closely with the sales team to support deal completion and unit delivery Help improve closing percentages by providing strong finance support throughout the sales process Follow up with customers after purchase to support repeat business, referrals, and after-sales opportunities Identify opportunities for accessories, protection packages, service plans, and other value-added products Build strong customer relationships that support long-term dealership success *What We?re Looking For* Previous Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or dealership finance experience is preferred Experience in powersports, marine, automotive, RV, or related industries is considered an asset Strong understanding of financing, lender relationships, and deal structure Comfortable presenting products and options to customers in a professional way Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage paperwork accurately Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver?s license required *Why Join WPM?* Westlock Powersports & Marine is a growing dealership with a strong customer base, a wide range of premium products, and a team-focused environment.
