We strive to reduce costs and offer a level of service designed to make Colville the prime destination for all your industrial product needs. *Job Description:* Colville Fasteners is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to help with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a driven individual that has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and who wants to capitalize on the opportunity to grow with the business. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your typical work day would include all warehouse activities including picking/packing/shipping of orders to our clients as well as receiving shipments from our suppliers. *Hours of Work: *Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. *Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* * Preparing orders * Receiving and shipping of all materials and products in an accurate and timely manner * Sort material & stock shelves * Load boxes & materials into vehicles for shipments * Operate carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to move large quantities of product *Qualifications:* * Able to routinely lift up to 50 lbs. * Warehouse experience is an asset * Can work independently and in a team environment * Organized, self motivated, and willing to learn Application deadline: July 10th, 2026 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year Pay: $18.25-$22.25 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Application question(s): * Do you have any knowledge of fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws etc)?
