Surrey based IT company. Our clients are small to medium size businesses mostly in healthcare and Retail and Restaurant. We provide variety of security and backup solutions along with remote and on site support. Who we are looking for: An enthusiast individual who is a multi-tasker with experience in IT for 3+ years. You need to fulfill the following requirements: 3+ year IT Support and customer service experience Experienced with simple network administration and troubleshooting Experienced with Windows 10/11 and MS Office Experienced with Windows Server 8/12/16, Active directory, DHCP and DNS servers Experienced with Cisco routers Experienced with troubleshooting Printers and scanners Experienced with troubleshooting emails (pop/imap/exchange) Experience with Computer hardware, network cabling and termination What you get: You get to work with a professional and friendly team Work in a happy and low stress work environment Experience state of the art IT tools and equipment Competitive Salary Your job will be: To provide support to client over the phone/remote To drive to site and provide tech services (your car and/or company's car) To check tickets, resolve and close them To setup servers and workstations in HQ and on site Must have: Valid Driving License Great verbal and written skills Positive attitude References Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $36,499.75 per year Work Location: In person- Location Surrey, BC
