We?re ready for you! </p><p>Salary Range</p>$20.35 - $22.18<p>.</p><p><b>Core Duties:</b></p><li><p>Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests</p></li><li><p>Unload freight manually into manual and powered conveyors </p></li><li><p>Use power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)</p></li><li><p>Organize thesortsetup as per thesortplan.</p></li><li><p>Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to thesortplan.</p></li><li><p>Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.</p></li><li><p>Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)</p></li><li><p>Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layout</p></li><li><p>Complete related tasks assigned by supervisors.</p></li><li><p>Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. (Hub and Middle Mile)</p></li><li><p>Validate the scanned and sorted freight to ensure sorting efficiency (reduce the mis-sorts).</p></li><li><p>Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.</p></li><li><p>Lift up to?50?pounds / 23 kg.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li><p><b>Work Environment:</b>Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.</p><p><b>What Comes with the Job</b></p><li><p><b>A flexible schedule</b> that fits your lifestyle </p></li><li><p><b>A minimum of 3 days per week</b> (2 weekdays + 1 weekend) ? more availability?
