We are looking for Psychotherapists with interest and experience in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, and a multitude of other mental health challenges.</span></p><p><br><b><strong>Requirements for the Role:</strong></b></p><ul><li><span>Registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or another college/regulatory body which governs psychotherapy practice in Ontario</span></li><li><span>Proof of Professional Liability Insurance</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities</span></li><li><span>Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team</span></li><li><span>Proficient computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Google Suite)</span></li><li><span>Experience working within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system is an asset</span></li><li><span>Bilingualism (French and English) is essential</span></li><li><span>The ability to travel to and meet clients, both in their homes and in clinic, is also essential</span></li></ul><p><br><b><strong>Why Join Spark Lifecare?</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Competitive compensation:</strong></b><span> Here at Spark, our compensation is designed to be competitive and recognize each individual's unique skills and experience.</span></p><p><b><strong>Administrative support:</strong></b><span> While you focus on what you do best, you will have a full administrative team to assist in supporting paperwork, billing and other demands, so you can concentrate on client care.</span></p><p><b><strong>Flexible caseload and schedule: </strong></b><span>As an independent contractor, you'll have flexibility and autonomy to build your caseload around your own schedule and timeline.
