Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Conduct performance reviews. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Evening. Morning. Day.
