Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Work with minimal supervision. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Perform routine maintenance. Operate chainsaw to fell, delimb and buck trees. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Equipment and machinery experience: Skidsteer. Area of specialization: Grounds maintenance. Equipment: Power tools. Power lawn mowers. Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments). Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning equipment. Snowblower.
