*Position Overview* ASAP is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable *Accounts Receivable & Payables Clerk* to join our team. This in office role involves managing financial transactions, supporting collections, and assisting with customer communications through both inbound and outbound calling. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage *accounts receivable and accounts payable* processes * Follow up on *outstanding invoices and collections* * Process payments and maintain accurate financial records * Handle *inbound and outbound calls* with customers regarding billing and payments * Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies * Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting *Requirements* * Minimum *2 years of experience* in A/R and A/P * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Comfortable making and receiving calls regarding financial matters * Proficient in basic accounting systems such as QBO and Microsoft Office * Strong communication and customer service skills *What We Offer* * Competitive starting wage of *$25/hour* * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Opportunity for growth within the company Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Location: * Victoria, BC V8T 1Y8 (required) Work Location: In person- Location Victoria, BC
