*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a passion for helping others. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer relations, data entry, and sales within a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy * Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution * Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details * Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services * Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to provide informed assistance * Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction * Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues efficiently *Requirements* * Excellent communication skills in both English , including phone etiquette and active listening * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy and knowledge of Protractor would be great * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred * Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases * Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team This role is integral to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and supporting the overall success of our organization.
