If you enjoy technology, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in telecommunications sales. As a Retail Sales Associate, you?ll help customers find the right mobile phones, internet plans, accessories, and smart solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. *What You?ll Do* * Welcome customers and provide exceptional service * Promote and sell Bell mobility, internet, and accessory products * Help customers choose plans and devices that fit their needs * Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes * Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards * Stay updated on the latest telecom products and promotions * Meet and exceed sales targets through customer-focused selling *What We?re Looking For* * Previous retail or sales experience is an asset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Passion for technology and mobile devices * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends * Basic computer and POS system knowledge * Legally eligible to work in Canada *Why Join Us?* * Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities * Paid training and ongoing development * Career growth opportunities within telecom retail * Employee discounts on products and services * Friendly and supportive team environment Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Red Deer, AB
