*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Operation Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations within commercial Cleaning and janitorial services. The ideal candidate will lead a team of cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain efficient workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience to ensure the delivery of exceptional cleaning services. *Duties* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards * Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies * Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations * Schedule daily work assignments and monitor team performance * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage * Address any issues or complaints promptly, providing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction * Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and reporting hazards * Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary to meet operational demands *Skills* * Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently * Strong communication skills for training staff, coordinating schedules, and addressing client needs * Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards * Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment * An excellent English, both written and spoken This position offers an opportunity for professional growth within the cleaning industry, requiring a proactive individual committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness while leading a team.
