Position #: 168212 Expected Start Date: July 13, 2026 Union: CUPE Facility: Lloydminster Hospital City/Town: Lloydminster Department: Multi-functional Laboratories Core Lab Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends Number of Hours per Rotation: 42 shifts of 8 hours per 9 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Standard hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 11 $23.370 to $25.040 (3 step range) Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Responsible for specimen collection and pre-analytical specimen handling/processing. Human Resources Exemption: No Education- Medical Laboratory Assistant certificateCompetencies- Communication skills- Intermediate - Data entry skills- Basic - Computer skills- Interpersonal skillsKnowledge and Abilities- Ability to work independentlyOther Information- Valid driver's license, where required- Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation- Travel to long term care home once per week for laboratory support.- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
