We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented *Optometric Assistant* to join our growing team. What You'll Do As an Optometric Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting both our doctors and patients by: * Welcoming patients and creating an outstanding patient experience * Performing pre-testing and diagnostic imaging * Assisting doctors during patient appointments * Educating patients on treatment recommendations and specialty services * Preparing examination rooms and maintaining equipment * Supporting patient flow to ensure appointments run efficiently * Accurately documenting patient information within our electronic medical record system * Collaborating with our clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: * Friendly, compassionate, and professional * Organized with excellent attention to detail * A strong communicator who enjoys working with people * Comfortable learning new technology and medical equipment * Able to multitask in a busy clinical environment * A collaborative team player with a positive attitude * Committed to providing outstanding customer service Previous experience in optometry, ophthalmology, medical offices, or healthcare is considered an asset but is not required.
