<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></b></p><p>You will be responsible for contributing to company sales by meeting customer needs, supporting outside sales, marketing and expanding client base. In addition to these responsibilities (but not limited to): </p><p>• Provide excellent customer service and encourage increased sales to walk-in and phone-in customers</p><p>• Proactively contact existing customer to increase sales through broadening and deepening relationships</p><p>• Actively prospect for new customers</p><p>• Support needs of Outside Sales team member; complete quotes accurately within established time frames</p><p>• Make 3 to 5 calls per day: 70% existing; 30% prospects and capture details of each call.</p><p>• Follow sales procedures using established forms where relevant</p><p>• Act as a key liaison for problem solving</p><p>• Implement and build success with W.E. Greer marketing plan & specials</p><p>• Provide demonstration of cleaning equipment and information on cleaning products offered</p><p>• Introducing new products and/or equipment and promoting sales</p><p>• Consistently present a profession image, both in personal appearance and condition of company assets</p><p><b><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></b></p><p>• Two or more years in a similar environment.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Excellent telephone manner.</p><p>• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn company ERP system. </p><p>• Ability to learn and understand product applications.</p><p>• Ability to "think" on your feet and make value added decisions with minimal direction.</p><p>Hours are 7:30am -4:30pm</p><p>W.E.
