*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Restaurant Supervisor* to oversee daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, managing restaurant functions, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment and ensuring the smooth running of all restaurant activities. *Responsibilities* * Oversee and perform daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes * Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including interviewing and training new team members * Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene * Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling procedures * Lead team management efforts to motivate staff, monitor performance, and promote teamwork * Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally * Coordinate food industry best practices to optimize kitchen efficiency and quality control * Oversee food presentation, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations to ensure consistency and quality * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting * Foster a welcoming hospitality environment that encourages guest loyalty and positive reviews *Experience* * Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting * Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food service operations * Knowledge and experience of kitchen processes including food preparation, cooking, and food handling * Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively * Background in customer service within the food industry or hospitality sector * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures * Prior experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not required * Demonstrated ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
