Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will assist with installation of underground pipe installation and site grading. - general labour tasks with room to move up in the company, with willingness to learn and apply skills Duties: - Assist in loading and unloading construction materials - Operate hand and power tools under supervision - Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: - Prior experience in construction or a related field would be required - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions - Knowledge of basic hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Vision care Experience: * Civil construction: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driver?s license (required) Work Location: In person- Location Brant, ON
