This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and warehouse work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesDriving &amp; DeliverySafely operate company vehicles (up to 5-ton trucks) to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring products are secured and handled with care.Verify delivery documents and obtain customer signatures as required.Shipping &amp; ReceivingDispatch freightReceive incoming shipments, verify packing slips and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.Pick and pack orders accurately for outbound shipments.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.Inventory &amp; DocumentationAssist in inventory counts and reporting.Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and documentation.Follow company procedures for labeling, handling, and storing products.Safety &amp; ComplianceFollow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; RequirementsHigh School or GED equivalent is required.English (required)Valid Class 5 Driver&rsquo;s License with a clean driving record (Class 3 with air brake endorsement is an asset).Computer literacyMinimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in a warehouse and/or delivery role.High reach Forklift experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse software.&nbsp;Why Join TerraLink Horticulture Inc?Casual dressCompany eventsDental careDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programExtended health careLife insuranceOn-site parkingPaid time offProfit sharingVision care&nbsp;Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30 pmOvertime required (including some weekends during our busy March till July)&nbsp;Pay Range:&nbsp;&nbsp;$23.5 - $26/hour&nbsp;Additional pay:Overtime pay&nbsp;Interested in joining our team?
