Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns. Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls. Maintain work records and logs. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.- Location Surrey, BCV4N 0R7
